DELIVERY & SHIPPING

 

Postage & Packaging price:  £3.99 Flat rate for UK orders only (First Class Tracked, Royal Mail)

 

Free Postage: For orders over £50 (UK orders only).

 

Dispatch time for all orders:  Approximately 3-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of ordering. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE TAKING A CHRISTMAS BREAK FROM WEDS 8TH JULY 2026 TO SUN 2ND AUGUST 2026.  ANY ORDERS PLACED DURING THIS TIME WILL BE PROCESSED UPON OUR RETURN IN LINE WITH OUR USUAL DISPATCH TIMES

 

We are a small family run business that handmakes all of our items in small quantities. It can take up to a week to make and dispatch an order, so if purchasing as a gift, please allow enough time.  Busy periods may lead to a delay, but we will advise you if this is the case.  

All orders are sent First class via Royal Mail and proof of postage will be retained. Upon dispatch, the average Royal Mail delivery time on business days is approximately 1-2 days in the UK.  Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such a Christmas and national holidays during which all postal services are busy. 

Our items are securely packaged, however we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Upon ordering your items, please let us know if you wish for your order to be sent via the Signed for/Tracked service or Express Delivery (please note that this will incur an additional cost).

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

SUMMER OUT-OF-OFFICE DATES for 2025:

 

From Sunday 15^th June to Monday 14^th July 2025 we will be Out-Of-Office taking a much deserved Summer break.

Any orders received during this period will be processed upon our return and will take the usual 3-7 working days (excluding weekends) to be dispatched to you.
