Refund policy
CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once an item has been dispatched but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to help.
To ensure a quality customer service, if there are any problems with our purchase, please send us an email right away to sjorganicskinfood@gmail.com and we will do our best to solve the issue.
Upon receipt, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be relatively unused, be in the original packaging, and you must provide your name and email used to make the order.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns based on customer error.
Buyers must pay for any return postage costs. We advise that a recorded postage method is used as if an item is lost in transit, we will be unable to refund any money.
After receiving the returned item(s), the full value paid for the item minus postage will be reimbursed via the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
